**Please use this form to obtain approval for Event sponsorships (i.e. lunch & learns, class, etc.). Turnaround time is 4 (four) business days for in-house items.**

When requesting marketing material, please review your information carefully and ensure all relevant information is included and accurate. Despite how hard our team works to make sure everything is perfect on the initial delivery, there may be little elements that could use some tweaks. We understand that design is subjective and revisions are part of the design process, but excessive revisions take time. In order to work more efficiently and serve all our customers effectively, once your requested material is delivered you will have up to three rounds of revisions. A round is finalized each time the material is delivered to you. If it is an error on our part or requires changes to meet compliance, that doesn’t constitute a round.
